PEACE
I Corinthians 10:13
There hath no temptation taken
you but such as is common to man: but God [is] faithful,
who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able;
but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that
ye may be able to bear [it].
Isaiah 26:3
Thou wilt keep [him] in perfect peace,
[whose] mind [is] stayed [on thee]: because he trusteth in
thee.
Isaiah 26:4
Trust ye in the LORD for ever: for in
the LORD JEHOVAH [is] everlasting strength.
John 14:1-4
Let not your heart be troubled: ye
believe in God, believe also in me.
In my Father's house are many mansions: if [it were] not [so],
I would have told you.
I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a
place for you, I will come again,
and receive you unto myself; that where I am, [there] ye may
be also.
And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know.
John 14:27
Peace I leave with you, my peace I give
unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you.
Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
John 16:33
These things I have spoken unto you,
that in me ye might have peace.
In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer;
I have overcome the world.
Philippians 4:7
And the peace of God, which passeth all
understanding,
shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Proverbs 14:30
A sound heart [is] the life of the
flesh: but envy the rottenness of the bones.
Psalms 32:1-8
[A Psalm] of David, Maschil.
Blessed [is he whose] transgression [is] forgiven, [whose] sin
[is] covered.
Blessed [is] the man unto whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity,
and in whose spirit [there is] no guile.
When I kept silence, my bones waxed old through my roaring all
the day long.
For day and night thy hand was heavy upon me: my moisture is
turned into the drought of summer. Selah.
I acknowledged my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity have I not
hid.
I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the LORD; and
thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah.
For this shall every one that is godly pray unto thee in a
time when thou mayest be found:
surely in the floods of great waters they shall not come nigh
unto him. Thou [art] my hiding place;
thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me
about with songs of deliverance. Selah.
I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou
shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.
Romans 5:1-5
Therefore being justified by faith, we
have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:
By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein
we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.
And not only [so], but we glory in tribulations also: knowing
that tribulation worketh patience;
And patience, experience; and experience, hope: And hope
maketh not ashamed;
because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the
Holy Ghost which is given unto us.
Romans 12:18
If it be possible, as much as lieth in
you, live peaceably with all men.
Romans 14:19
Let us therefore follow after the things
which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify
another.
